- Only 1 dropoff location
- Waiting time would be 5-10 mins upon assigned car-plate number being informed and estimated time of arrival, thereafter, there will be $10 extra charges
- Waiting time may be up to an hour if booking falls during 0000hrs-0659hrs. In the event where there is no available vehicle, CTS may offer refund or alternative.
- Amount quoted includes chauffeur services, tips, fuel costs, parking fees, highway toll fees, congestion charges and insurance fees.
- Unless otherwise stated, charges not mentioned above are not included in the amount quoted.
- Please contact us via whatsapp 1 hour before you are ready to leave so we may get the car and driver's details ready.

a. In the case where the travel itinerary involves sea transportation and location is inaccessible by car, pick-ups will be done at the corresponding jetty.
