What is Changi Rewards?
Changi Rewards is a point-based loyalty programme that is free for all to join. It is Changi Airport’s only loyalty programme. Changi Recommends joined this initiative, allowing our customers to earn points from five (5) selected products, effective from 11 November 2024 onwards.

- Which are the 5 participating Changi Recommends products?
ChangiWiFi, Changi Travel eSIM, Changi i-SIM, Overseas Prepaid SIM Cards, and Overseas Transport.
- How do I start earning Changi Rewards points from Changi Recommends purchases?
Online purchases with a minimum spend of S$10 on any of the 5 participating Changi Recommends products are eligible for points redemption. Customers must be logged in to their Changi Rewards account or Changi Recommends account at the point of purchase.
- What is the earn rate of Changi Rewards points with Changi Recommends?
6 Changi Rewards points will be earned with every S$10 nett spend in a single receipt regardless of Changi Rewards Cardholder tiers (Member/Gold/Platinum/Monarch).
Nett spend refers to final payment amount rounded down to the nearest S$10. For the purposes of illustration, a Member/Gold/Platinum/Monarch tier cardholder with a nett spend of S$71 in a single receipt will be entitled to 42 Changi Rewards points.
- How do I check my Changi Rewards points and access my e-Card?
Activate your Changi Rewards account via Changi App or Changi Rewards website, using your Changi Recommends account log-in details. You may access your Changi Rewards points, e-Card, and redeem points after activation.
- Do I need to pay to become a Changi Rewards member?
No, the Changi Rewards membership is free. You may visit the Changi Rewards website for more information.
- How long does it take for my Changi Recommends purchases to be reflected into my account?
Points will be awarded into your account immediately upon payment and are available for redemption after seven (7) calendar days from the time the points were first earned from your online purchase transaction for Changi Travel eSIM, Changi i-SIM, Overseas Prepaid SIM Cards, and/or Overseas Transport.
Points awarded for ChangiWiFi routers rental will be credited after 24 hours, upon returning the device, and available for redemption after seven (7) calendar days.
- Is there a maximum number of Changi Rewards points to be earned for every transaction?
Since 1 April 2022, a S$5,000 nett spend cap on the number of points awarded has been implemented for every transaction made. There is no points cap for Monarch members.

- Can I use someone else’s receipts to earn Changi Rewards points?
Changi Rewards points can only be awarded for your own purchases. If any member is found using receipts other than those from their own purchases to accumulate points, CAG reserves the right to terminate their Changi Rewards account.
- Can I split a single item purchase into two receipts to earn maximum points?
No, you may not as you have purchased only one item.
- How can I redeem or use my Changi Rewards points?

- Can I use Changi e-Voucher(s) for Changi Recommends product(s)?

- Is there any plan to include more Changi Recommends products in the future?
The current participating Changi Recommends products include ChangiWiFi, Changi Travel eSIM, Changi i-SIM, Overseas Prepaid SIM Cards, and Overseas Transport. We will keep members informed when more products are included.
CHANGI RECOMMENDS X CHANGI REWARDS LAUNCH PROMOTION
- What is the launch promotion?
Customers may enjoy 10X Changi Rewards bonus points when they make a qualifying online purchase of above S$10 on the participating Changi Recommends products. The bonus points will be on top of the base earn rate. This launch promotion is valid from 11 November 2024 to 31 December 2024.
Bonus points will be awarded for the final payment amount rounded down to the nearest S$10. For the purposes of illustration, a Member /Gold /Platinum /Monarch tier cardholder with a nett spend of S$71 in a single receipt during the promotion period will be entitled to 42 Changi Reward points and 700 bonus points, totalling to 742 Changi Rewards points.
Customers must be logged in to their Changi Rewards account at the point of purchase to qualify successfully for the bonus points redemption.
- When will my 10X Changi Rewards points be credited into my Changi account?
- For purchases made in the month of November 2024, 10X bonus points will be credited by 10 Jan 2025.
- For purchases made in the month of December 2024, 10X bonus points will be credited by 10 Feb 2025.
