Purchase a $10 Wi-Fi voucher today to reserve a Wi-Fi router at Changi Recommends booths and enjoy 10% off your total rental. $10 Wi-Fi voucher will be used to offset against the total rental charges. For example: For a rental of 5 days, the total rental charges is $50. After offsetting the $10 E-voucher, customer will only need to pay $40.

•This voucher is in Singapore currency and is not exchangeable for cash.
•Any unutilized amount of the voucher will be fortified and shall not be refundable.

•The company will not be responsible for the loss or damage of this voucher.
•Any alteration(s) on the voucher will not be accepted.
•One voucher to 1 Wi-Fi rental.

Rental Procedure
Step 1 Purchasing the $10 E-voucher
Purchase a $10 Changi Recommends Wi-Fi E-voucher today to reserve a Wi-Fi router. $10 Wi-Fi voucher will be used to offset against the total rental charges
Step 2 Picking up the Wi-Fi router at Changi Recommends booth
Pick up the Wi-Fi router at Changi Recommends booth.
Produce your passport and $10 E-voucher to collect the Wi-Fi device.
Deposit of $200 in the form of authorization hold of credit card is required.
Payment will only be collected upon the return of the Wi-Fi router.
What you will receive:
1. A Wi-Fi router with SIM card
2. 1 USB cable
3. 1 AC socket plug (3 pin)
4. Bag holder for hardware
STEP 3 CONNECT AND ENJOY
Steps as below:
1.Turning on the Mobile Wi-Fi : Press and hold the On/Off button until the screen lights up. This indicates that the Mobile Wi-Fi is turned on.
2.Proceed to Settings on your mobile device and ensure that your Wi-Fi function is on.
3.Search for the network that matched the mobile Wi-Fi SSID and enter the Wi-Fi key. Wi-Fi SSID and key are indicated at the back of the Wi-Fi router.
STEP 4 RETURN & PAYMENT
Return at Changi Recommends booths. Note that return can only be made at Arrival Hall. Location map and opening hours as shown in the map above.
Payment to be made upon return of the Wi-Fi router.
Billing starts on the day the Wi-Fi router is collected and ends on the day of return. Rental charges will be based on full days (Not fractional days).
For example, if the device is collected on 1st Aug and returned to Changi Recommends counter on 5th August, you will be charged 5 days rental.
For damages/lost/stolen items, the following charges will apply:
- Wi-Fi router $200
- SIM card $50
- USB cable and plug $30
- Bag holder $20
